It was once Club Ice (in fact, that was the most recent name), as well 20 other places. But Leslie and Delmy Ramirez are bringing soon to 3 Mill Street, Worcester, the eruption known as Conchagua Bar. The alcohol license is pending, and details are forthcoming.
